The terms and conditions set out below are an important part of your order as they outline our terms of service, our commitment to you and give you an overview of how the common processes will work.
Orders via our website or over the telephone for any of our products will be subject to the terms and conditions stated below. It is important that you read these carefully as you will be bound by these terms and conditions and by purchasing from us you are confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Please note, these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and we are still bound by UK law including the Distance Selling Rules. For more information on these please go to the bottom of this page.

Orders
- Orders to Sunglasses Direct must be made via our website at www.sunglassesdirect.co.uk or over the phone with one of our sales team.
- Orders are only accepted by us once your payment has been processed and the Order details have been reviewed by a member of our administration team. Once we review your order you will receive an acceptance email and your order status will be updated to processing. This means we accept your order and have taken payment. We take payment at the point of sale and you will find Genesis 44 Ltd appearing on your bank or credit card statement.

Supply of Products
- We aim to supply all products that we advertise for sale but due to reasons beyond our control we cannot guarantee that products will not be discontinued and/or out of stock.
- If the Goods you have ordered are unavailable either out of stock or discontinued we will email to give you a choice of a similar product and issue a refund for the difference or ask for more money if the replacement product is more expensive. If you do not want an alternative product you will be given a full refund.

Prices and Payment
- We will always try to ensure that displayed prices are correct but cannot guarantee that we will not make an error on our pricing either due to a technical fault or any other reason. If your item is priced incorrectly you will be notified of the correct price and have the option to buy at that price. If you do not want to proceed with the order at the correct price you will be refunded in full.
- Prices stated are inclusive of any Value Added Tax.

Delivery and Carriage
- All deliveries throughout the UK are free of charge. International delivery is available at a charge of £6.95 or £9.50 depending on what country you are in.
- We will make reasonable endeavours to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order. We do ask you allow upto 15 working days for your goods to be dispatched due to supplier constraints.
- You will be notified by email at the time your Goods are dispatched with a Royal Mail tracking number allowing you to trace your Goods.
- Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you placed your Order. You do have the option to ship Goods to a different address during the checkout process (e.g. a work address).
- If your Goods are not delivered safely within 30 days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact us. Customers are advised to inspect goods delivered to them to ensure Goods arrive in perfect condition. Any discrepancies or faulty items upon delivery need to be reported to Us within 48 hours of receipt.
- In the case of your items not being delivered through no fault of your own you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.

- The "SunglassesDirect.co.uk" name may not be used without conset from Genesis 44 Ltd.
- These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with Sunglasses Direct's Privacy Policy.
- Your statutory rights are not affected. For more information about your statutory rights, please visit the Department of Trade and Industry's Consumer Gateway website at: www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.
Cancelling your Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations all companies selling via the internet must give the consumers a 7 day cooling off period. You therefore have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your product. You do not have to give us a reason , you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
If You have received your items You will need to email us for our returns address. All returns must be sent by Recorded Delivery for your own protection. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification. All Goods must be in their original condition and as new. If your Goods have been used your refund will not be processed.
